Client Responsibilities

Clients remain solely responsible for the legality and ownership of their submitted content.

Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their original content.

Gazata Media retains ownership of its branding, website content, systems, designs, templates, processes, and proprietary materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Music Distribution and Promotion

Submission of music for distribution or promotion does not guarantee:

Radio airplay
Playlist placement
Streaming results
Chart performance
Revenue generation
Media coverage

Results may vary based on market conditions and audience response.

Prohibited Content

Clients may not submit content that:

Violates copyright or intellectual property rights
Contains unlawful material
Promotes fraud or illegal activities
Contains harmful, abusive, or offensive content
Violates applicable laws or regulations

Gazata Media reserves the right to refuse or remove such content.

Refunds

Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy.

Certain digital products and completed services may not be eligible for refunds once delivery has commenced or been completed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gazata Media shall not be liable for:
