Service Agreement
By purchasing our radio submission services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- All music submitted must be original content or you must have obtained proper licensing for cover songs
- We are not responsible for radio station programming decisions or whether your music gets airplay
- Refunds are only available if we fail to submit your music to the promised number of stations
- You grant us permission to share your music with radio stations for promotional purposes
- All submission materials must be provided within 7 days of purchase
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 14 business days if service is not delivered as described. Partial refunds are not available for partial station acceptance.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required for radio submissions.
Service Delivery
We commit to submitting your music to all stations in your selected package within 5 business days of receiving all required materials. You will receive a delivery confirmation once submissions are complete.
